Our Story
Since 2004 we have been dedicated
to the practice of architecture, pursuing projects in both
the public and private sector. We are committed to serving
our clients professionally and energetically, selecting team
members suitably matched for each project's unique needs.
With experience in a broad range of design, JAE ARCHITECTURE
INC is ready and able to provide the services your project
requires by utilizing sustainable practices within a defined
budget.
JAE ARCHITECTURE, INC. is a member of the American Institute
of Architects (AIA), Construction Specifications Institute
(CSI), International Code Council (ICC), Association of
Professional Architects of Belize in Central America (APAB),
and a member of the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce.
We are registered in North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, and
Belize (Central America). JAE ARCHITECTURE INC provides Architectural
Design Services for Commercial, Industrial, Institutional,
Medical, Hospitality, and Public Services.
James Esquivel, AIA, APAB, CDT, is president of JAE
ARCHITECTURE INC, and has practiced Architecture for over
25-years. A graduate of NC State University in Raleigh,
North Carolina, James’ architectural background covers a
broad and diverse project experience and project scale.
